The Website is provided to you for your personal use subject to these terms and conditions and any other rules posted on the Website (including our Privacy Policy) (the “Terms and Conditions”).

By visiting the website you agree to be bound by, consent to comply with, and consent to the practices described in, these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access and use of the website and all content and functionalities available on the website (or any of our other websites and related micro-sites accessed through the URL www.miausa.ae and related domain names) (the “Services”).

If you wish to use our Services you must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those Services. In particular, your attention is drawn to our policies relating to the terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that the information you provide, in any manner whatsoever, are not confidential or proprietary and does not infringe any rights of a third party in whatsoever nature.

If you are accessing, browsing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf; you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to all the terms and conditions herein. In the event that the person refuses to be bound as the principal to the Terms of Use, you agree to accept liability for any harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site resulting from such access or use of the Site in whatsoever nature.

If you know or have reasons to believe that the security of your account has been breached, you should contact us immediately at the ‘Contact Information‘ provided below. If we have found a breach or suspected breach of the security of your account, we may require you to change your password, temporarily or permanently block or suspend your account without any liability to MIA USA.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms of Use are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in MIA USA’s best interests to do so. You are solely responsible for all contents that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Site. The information provided to us shall be maintained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s) which cannot be supplied by us.

The products sold on the website are not for re-sale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, it is a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless cancelled, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order by us. Completion of the contract between you and MIA USA will be perfected when we dispatch the products to you, at which time you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website, whether or not that product has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Store Pickup

Items on https://miausa.ae/shop/ are available to buy online and collect in the store. You can choose collect in store by selecting the ‘Store Pickup’ option when placing the order.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. The confirmation email must be present and displayed at the time of collection. You will be charged for the order at the time you pick up your order at the store.

Orders placed before 3pm GST will available for pick up on the next business day in Dubai Mall. Fridays, Saturdays and Public Holidays are not considered as business days. Please always check the opening hours.

Orders will be held for 14 days from when placed before being cancelled. After 14 days the store will cancel the order without prior notification.

Products Liability

By buying products through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that MIA USA carries no product liability save as described in the preceding paragraphs in relation to returning and exchanging the products or refunding/crediting the price paid, and that full liability for
